Apr\u00e8s l\u2019Ind\u00e9pendance, la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration d\u2019Athl\u00e9tisme a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e et se d\u00e9nommait F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Dahom\u00e9enne d\u2019Athl\u00e9tisme et a pris le relais en mati\u00e8re d\u2019animation de la discipline sur le plan national.<\/h3><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Dahom\u00e9enne d\u2019Athl\u00e9tisme a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1960 et faisait partie des trois (03) F\u00e9d\u00e9ration sportives \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque avec la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Football et la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Boxe. Elle regroupait mis \u00e0 part les disciplines pratiqu\u00e9es par ses deux f\u00e9d\u00e9rations s\u0153urs, tous les autres sports.<\/h3><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

Six (06) pr\u00e9sidents se sont succ\u00e9d\u00e9s \u00e0 la t\u00e8te de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration B\u00e9ninoise d\u2019Athl\u00e9tisme depuis 1960.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  • Monsieur Jules JOHNSON de 1978-1988<\/li>\n
  • Monsieur Andr\u00e9 YORO de 1988-2001<\/li>\n
  • Monsieur Th\u00e9ophile MONTCHO Janvier 2001-26 Decembre2016<\/li>\n
  • Monsieur Vi\u00e9rin DEGON du 28 D\u00e9cembre 2016 \u00e0 nos jours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un pass\u00e9 r\u00e9cent, dissous jusqu\u2019en 1990, il n\u2019y avait pas d\u2019associations sportives structur\u00e9es tel que le terme est d\u00e9fini et connu aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 travers la charte du sports du B\u00e9nin.<\/p>\n

    Mais quelques amateurs de l\u2019Athl\u00e9tisme se regroupaient et animaient la vie de l\u2019Athl\u00e9tisme B\u00e9ninois \u00e0 travers entre autres\u00a0:<\/p>\n

    • L\u2019Arm\u00e9e (les forces Arm\u00e9es Dahom\u00e9ennes FAD)<\/li>\n
    • La Gendarmerie (Union Sportive de la Gendarmerie)<\/li>\n
    • Les Employ\u00e9s de la poste (Poste- Sports)<\/li>\n
    • Les Coll\u00e8ges notre Dames de Londres de Porto-Novo (CNDL)<\/li>\n
    • Les Coll\u00e8ges AUPIAIS de Cotonou<\/li>\n
    • Le Coll\u00e8ges du B\u00e9nin de Cotonou<\/li>\n
    • Le Cours Secondaires Protestant de Cotonou (CSP)<\/li>\n
    • Le Lyc\u00e9e Technique Coulibaly de Cotonou (LTC)<\/li>\n
    • Le Lyc\u00e9e B\u00e9hanzin de Porto-Novo<\/li>\n
